3. Types of Information Collected

3.1 Definitions

For details about the types of information collected, see Sections 3.3 and 3.4 below.

3.2
You may choose not to provide certain information to the Company. The decision whether to provide information is entirely yours; however, not doing so may limit your access to certain features of the Website.

3.3 Voluntarily Provided Information
Information provided to the Company voluntarily during your use of the Website. Examples include:

3.4 Information Collected via Technology

3.4.1 Log Files –
For routine maintenance, traffic analysis, and to provide and improve the Website, we use log files that collect data such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser information, cookies, Internet Service Providers (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform types, timestamps, and the number and position of clicks on a page. We use this data to analyze trends, administer the Website, track aggregated user movements, diagnose server issues, and collect broad demographic information. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information by reasonable means.

3.4.2 Cookies and Web Beacons –
To enable the use of certain functions, we use cookies on various pages of our Website, as well as files provided by external providers (such as Google or Facebook) and tags like JavaScript. Following your interactions with buttons or links to external providers (for example, clicking “Like” on Facebook), such providers may collect information about you in accordance with their privacy policies.

Cookies are small data files stored on your computer that relate to information about you. Some cookies are deleted after you close your browser (temporary cookies), while others remain stored on your device to recognize it during future visits (persistent cookies).

Cookies track, among other things, clicks and online activity.

Therefore, the Website contains cookies and other local files to distinguish you from other users. The Company may use cookies or configuration files stored in your browser or on your device to obtain information about your general Internet usage. Cookies and similar files contain information transferred to your computer and/or mobile device. They help the Company improve the Website, provide a personalized service, and prevent fraud or abuse.

The legal basis for processing information stored in cookies, files, or tags consists of (a) performing an agreement with you (where cookies are necessary for user experience), or (b) the Company’s legitimate interest in securing and optimizing the Website.

You can block cookies by activating specific settings in your browser that allow you to refuse all or some cookies. However, if you choose overly restrictive settings, some parts of the Website may not be accessible.

Most browsers include a “Help” function explaining how to prevent receiving cookies (fully or partially), how to delete collected cookies, and how to block future ones.

4. Data Analysis and Internet Technologies

The Company’s Website uses web analytics systems for monitoring, marketing, advertising, and other purposes (e.g., Google Analytics). These systems are exposed only to anonymous information and not to personal data (as defined in Section 3.1 above).

5. Clickstream Data

When browsing the Internet, an electronic trail of information is left on every website you visit. This information, known as Clickstream Data, may be collected and stored on the Website’s server. It provides information such as computer type, browser software, the referring website, and in some cases your email address.
We may use this data to determine how long users spend on each page and how they navigate through the Website. This information is used solely to improve and personalize the Website.

6. Use and Sharing of Information

6.1 The Company will use your personal data only for the purpose for which you voluntarily provided it (e.g., joining a mailing list, contact form, etc.). The Company may also use the information for data analysis, statistical purposes, legal compliance, or investigating complaints, suspected fraud, or inappropriate behavior.

6.2 Disclosure to Third Parties
Although we make efforts to protect your privacy, we may be required by law to disclose information you provided. We may also share your personal data when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our interests or those of a third party concerning national security, law enforcement, litigation, criminal investigations, personal safety, or to prevent imminent harm—provided such interests do not override your fundamental rights to data protection.
We may also disclose information about individuals who attempt or threaten to harm the Company or its services (such as fraud, threats, or spam). Additionally, the Company may share your personal data as needed for the operation, maintenance, or improvement of the Website.

6.3 Subcontractors and Service Providers
We may share your information with service providers or subcontractors working with us or on our behalf, domestically or abroad, as necessary to provide, improve, or develop services. We may also store data in cloud services located outside Israel. These companies are not permitted to share or use the personal information we provide for any purpose other than operating the Website.
We may employ trusted third parties to assist with surveys, advertising, or content distribution. We may also share aggregated, non-identifiable data with our partners for program and content development purposes.

7. Mergers and Acquisitions

The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations, including your information, in the event of a sale and/or merger in which control of the Company and/or its main assets and/or the Website is transferred to a third party, provided that such third party assumes all obligations under this Privacy Policy.

8. Data Security and Retention

8.1 The Company takes reasonable industry-standard measures to help protect the security of your personal data. The Company will act in accordance with applicable law in the event of any breach of security, confidentiality, or integrity of your personal data. If required or deemed appropriate, we will notify you by email, text message, or prominent notice on the Website as soon as possible, consistent with (1) legitimate law enforcement needs, or (2) measures necessary to determine the breach’s extent and restore system integrity.

8.2 While absolute security cannot be guaranteed online or offline, we take commercially reasonable measures to collect and secure your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.

8.3 The Company restricts access to your personal data to individuals who need it to process it for us or perform specific tasks (e.g., customer service representatives). However, no system or service is entirely secure, especially online.

8.4 If you have any questions about data security, please contact us at the email address provided below.
